Late Policy : Clients have a 10 min window for late shows. Anything after will result in a late fee of $15 or possible cancellation of appointment . NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REBOOK 

24 hour Cancellation : Clients have up to 24 hours before appt time to cancel. If appt is cancelled after the 24 hr window the client will forfeit their deposit and remainder of balance will be charged. If appointment is cancelled 24 hrs before appt client has 90 days to use their deposit for a future appointment. 

Booking deposit: Clients are required to pay a deposit of half the total amount in order for an appointment to be booked. If there is no deposit there is no appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE 

Additional Guest : There are no additional guest allowed at your appointment unless they are being serviced as well . NO EXCEPTIONS 

Same Day Booking: Clients that make appointments on the same day will have an additional charge of $15 

to the total price of service.
